As nice as it would be, 100% of improvements will not come from just hands on treatment! We need to be active in our management of maintaining the balance of our bodies and it is my job to get you on board with this. If you imagine the mast of a ship, we can manipulate this back into shape however if the rigging is too tight or not strong enough then it will certainly return to its old position. Using my thousands of hours of experience developing exercise programs, we can build a realistic program for you that will fit around your current lifestyle. Every patient I treat will receive a mixture of both hands on therapy as well as this plan that has been designed specifically around you. This maximises the benefit of the treatment for you and makes sure that you don’t spend any more money than you need to.

I enjoy writing programs and helping people achieve their full potential, whether this is in cycling, managing back pain or taking up a new activity. It been a part of my life for over 8 years and when I get chance I release exercise programs for a certain group of people on my website.
